Arbor Hat PDF Pattern

DESCRIPTION

The Arbor is a simple and beautiful hat pattern that comes with 2 brim styles. The wide
brim is slightly angled, and provides full sun coverage without being overly floppy. The visor brim has generous front brim tapering to a short, less bulky brim at the back. The Arbor hat can be sewn with or without ties. It is designed to be sewn without a serger and can be made fully reversible (without ties).
SIZES INCLUDED: 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-12M, 1-2, 2-3, 3-5, 5-10, and Adult S, M, L, XL

SEWING LEVEL: Confident Beginner

PATTERN INCLUDES:
- Easy and detailed sewing instructions with clear diagrams for each step
- Layered print-at-home pattern, with seam allowances included
- Layered copy shop A0 large format pattern

RECOMMENDED FABRICS:
Medium - heavy weight, rigid woven fabrics such as canvas, denim, cotton duck, or twill. If you are using a heavyweight, structured fabric such as canvas, you may only need to interface one brim with a medium to heavyweight interfacing. Linen and other less structured fabrics can be used if you use a heavyweight interfacing on both top and bottom brims. You may also choose to interface the cap for a more structured hat. For the cap lining you can use lighter weight woven fabrics.

DOWNLOADING:
Your pattern will be available as a direct download after checkout, and you'll also receive a direct download link via email. The files will be in .zip format. After you download the .zip file, right click on it to extract the files to your computer. Please reach out to me if you have any issues with accessing your files.

PRINTING:
This pattern can be printed and assembled on a home printer using either A4 or US Letter paper. The pattern includes the option to print only the sizes you need by using the layers function in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The pattern also includes a large format file so that you have the option of having the pattern printed at your local copy shop on A0 format paper. You can also use this file with a projector.
